Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise mechanical and utility system maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate design and construction regulations.
- Execute maintenance schedules and support budgeting and estimating processes.
- Assign and supervise workers effectively.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, employees, and contractor staff.
- Promote safety precautions and a safe working environment.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5-7 years of mechanical trade experience, preferably in Facilities & Utilities within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
- Working knowledge of maintenance methods, materials, practices, and equipment used in repair and maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance software, and SAP Maintenance.
- Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions relevant to the work.
- Good oral and written English skills; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license.
Educational Qualifications
- Mechanical engineering diploma or equivalent from an internationally recognized university or institution.
