Team Leader - LHH

About the Role
The Team Leader LHH is responsible for implementing quality, range, and freshness standards to facilitate an exceptional customer experience and achieve set sales targets. This role is crucial in motivating the team to work optimally, addressing any problems immediately to ensure uninterrupted customer service. Coaching and development are key responsibilities to deliver exceptional service within the assigned section.

Role Profile

• Oversee and implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing.
• Oversee the product assortment in the section.
• Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers to enhance the image of discount within the section's Promo-Book.
• Monitor the NPS in the section and work on improving areas that need development.
• Ensure proper stock management, including preparing stock reports, tracking stock value, controlling out-of-stock situations, managing stock replenishment orders, and overseeing merchandise deliveries.
• Implement initiatives to achieve the lowest waste and shrinkage ratio and control waste items report.
• Identify slow-moving items and stock depreciation to assist in pushing sales before expiry, if applicable.
• Manage and control displays to ensure correct pricing and that the Plano-gram is implemented at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
• 3+ years in a retail operations role.
• Pleasant and warm disposition with a customer service orientation.
• Clear communicator.
• People-oriented and able to build team spirit and motivation.
• Detail-oriented.
