About the Role
We are looking for a Qatari national to join the company as Terminal Works and Projects Manager.
In this role, you will manage maintenance works, development activities, and operational projects across Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport. You will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and with minimal impact on airport operations, passenger flow, and customer experience.
You will work closely with internal departments, government authorities, airport stakeholders, and contractors. You will also lead and develop a diverse operational team.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor terminal maintenance and development works to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Review and approve work permits, maintenance requests, schedules, and project plans.
- Reduce the impact of ongoing works on passengers, airport operations, and customer experience.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure contractors follow approved procedures.
- Coordinate project approvals with airport departments, government authorities, and external contractors.
- Identify improvements to passenger flow, waiting times, operational layouts, and work safety.
- Support the effective movement and use of buggies, trolleys, and other operational assets.
- Issue Terminal Operation Notices to communicate operational changes.
- Monitor service contracts and performance requirements.
- Represent Terminal Operations in project and approval meetings.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, including supporting the development of Qatari talent.
- Maintain compliance with safety, security, environmental, and data-protection requirements.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 6 years job-related experience.
- Good knowledge of airport operational processes, systems, and procedures.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Good knowledge of fire and life safety procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of basic aviation rules and airport emergency procedures.
- Understanding of immigration and customs procedures.
- Customer service and public relations skills.
