This role is responsible for strategizing and executing consumer, trade, and customer marketing activities aligned with the company's objectives to meet and exceed the set financial targets in terms of volume and value. The Trade Marketing Manager also leads the marketing team and supports the sales operations to successfully develop and deliver the company's sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising for all categories across all trade channels.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and direct daily operations of the marketing team, setting clear roles and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Integrate sales insights into marketing activities for coherent execution and impact.
- Engage with principals on trade marketing strategies including promotions, pricing, and product launches.
- Design and implement trade and consumer promotions to enhance distribution and consumer engagement.
- Analyze market trends using retail audits and consumer data to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop comprehensive key account plans with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with major customers to align delivery with account objectives.
- Manage the Monthly Activity Cycle Meetings to ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate annual and monthly budgeting for A&P expenditures in alignment with business targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years in sales or marketing within the FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations within Kuwait.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
