UX/UI Designer Consultant

The company is currently looking for a UX/UI Designer Consultant for our Bahrain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 4 - 6 years of professional experience
• Diploma or specialization in UX/UI Design
• Training in Human-Centered Design or Design Thinking
• Advanced courses in UI/UX Design Tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Accessibility and WCAG compliance training

Professional Certifications Required
Preferably any of the below:

• Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) Certification
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) for Illustrator or XD

Skills

• Process for creating a user-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma through a practical task
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Collaboration in Agile environments

Responsibility

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices
• Adapt designs for financial applications with a focus on security and usability
