Position

As a VCA Implementation Services (VIS) Senior Manager, you will manage consulting engagements for the company clients in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Although you will be based in Romania, most of your time will be spent at the client’s office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and participate in VIS projects delivery
  • Drive meaningful business relationships between the company and its key clients, build trustful relationships, and coordinate stakeholders’ communication
  • Serve as an experienced IT strategy consultant and implementation specialist to help clients grow their business, particularly in the payments and digital domains
  • Sell and deliver VIS projects to the company clients, cross-sell and up-sell the company solutions and capabilities
  • Manage projects portfolio as a VIS Pod Lead (Client Manager/Project Portfolio Manager)
  • Recruit and manage VIS resources working on-site with the company clients
  • Maintain full responsibility for delivering VIS revenue and margin targets for selected clients in Poland
  • Lead and deliver projects through self or other internal/external staff as appropriate
  • Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes while ensuring a high standard of delivery
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities, and propose improvements for their business and digital banking
  • Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
  • Leverage the company’s innovation, product, and data capabilities to support client business growth

Work Conditions
This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Program Manager and/or PMO manager
  • Background in IT consulting, systems implementation and integration, project or product management within the payments industry
  • Strong knowledge of the company products and services, as well as the regulatory and compliance environment in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, particularly at the senior executive level within the financial services industry
  • Experience in structuring project proposals based on client needs and problem statements, with a clear definition of project approach and deliverables
  • Ability to deliver high-quality projects leading small teams of consultants, business analysts, developers, testers, and data analysts, while further developing your expertise in the banking and payments industry
  • Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in digital and technology-driven environments
  • Excellent spoken and written command of Romanian and English
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business information
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
