Responsibilities
- Lead sales and participate in VIS project delivery.
- Drive meaningful business relationships between the company and its key clients, build trustful relationships, and coordinate stakeholder communication.
- Be an experienced IT strategy consultant and implementation specialist able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains.
- Sell and deliver VIS projects to the company clients, cross-sell and up-sell the company solutions and capabilities.
- Manage project portfolio as a VIS Pod Lead (Client Manager/Project Portfolio Manager).
- Recruit and manage VIS resources working on-site with the company clients.
- Maintain full responsibility for delivering VIS revenue and margin targets for selected Clients in Poland.
- Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate.
- Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities, and improvements to grow their business and digital banking.
- Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients.
- Leverage the company’s innovation, product, and data capabilities to further grow clients’ business by collaborating with sales and digital product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Program Manager and/or PMO Manager role.
- Experience in IT consulting, systems implementation and integration, project or product management in the payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of the company products and services, and the regulatory and compliance environment in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia.
- Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industry.
- Experience in structuring project proposals based on client needs and problem statements, defining clear project approaches and deliverables.
- Ability to deliver high-quality projects while leading small teams of consultants, business analysts, developers, testers, and data analysts, leveraging own subject matter expertise in the banking and payments industry.
- Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in digital and technology-driven environments.
- Excellent spoken and written command of Romanian and English language.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
