Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to optimize the use of their Workday investments through certified integrations that automate business processes.
- Collaborate with sales prospects to set expectations and understand client needs.
- Work with internal teams to enhance integrations, adding functionality to better serve customers.
- Design and implement Workday integrations, focusing on third-party payroll systems for seamless data transfer.
- Provide technical expertise on payroll integrations, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy policies.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, including data flows and process diagrams.
- Manage stakeholders and project deliverables for timely implementation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, particularly with Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.
- Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core.
- Proven adaptability to new Workday environments and project requirements.
- Strong consultancy or project-based work background focused on delivering customer value.
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting.
