Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform IMG configurations related to the Sales & Distribution module.
- Work with the business to enhance the utilization of the SAP system by introducing new functionalities and developing customized reports.
- Coordinate with developers to create user-exits and enhancements in sales order creation, delivery, and billing based on business requirements.
- Customize OTC process control elements, including document types, item category, and schedule line category.
- Customize pricing procedures according to the company’s business process, including the configuration of condition types, condition tables, and access sequences.
- Manage reverse logistics and credit management setups within the SAP SD module.
- Provide production support and resolve SAP SD related issues in day-to-day business activities.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
- Support the business during UAT for new developments and projects, and conduct trainings and workshops for end users.
- Use LSMW tools for mass changes and uploads of master data.
- Implement workflows and manage IDoc configuration for inbound and outbound processes.
- Lead group projects and ensure implementation within the given timeline in coordination with local business and ERP teams.
- Address changes related to VAT implementation and E-Invoicing.
- Participate in SAP migrations, prepare migration strategies, and coordinate data cleansing activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- SAP SD Certification is a plus.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the SAP SD module.
- Must be fluent in English.
