About the Job
As a Security Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will spearhead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, utilizing our global delivery capabilities. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience in Security Administration. You are expected to demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, guiding team decisions and engaging across multiple teams to contribute to key strategic decisions. Your responsibility includes developing and implementing security strategies that safeguard company assets while leading a team of security professionals to provide high-quality security services. Continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks is vital, along with staying updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security strategies and plans to ensure the protection of company assets
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to deliver high-quality security services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve security practices
  • Drive the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards

Qualifications Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Consulting, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights related to an organization’s threat environment to enhance its risk management posture
  • Capacity to collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive Cybersecurity risk management strategy
  • Competence in developing and maintaining Cybersecurity policies and standards
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation, and treatment methods
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities from new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the field
  • Certification in CRISC, GRCP, ISO 27001 LI, or similar
