We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and AI Security Expert to join our team. As a key member of our security team, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and securing our data and AI infrastructure. This role will focus on assessing data components, reviewing architecture, and providing expert guidance to elevate our security posture in data and AI domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough assessments of data components and AI systems to identify security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and controls within data and AI infrastructure.
- Analyze data storage, processing, and transmission mechanisms for potential security gaps.
- Architecture Review:
- Review the architecture of data and AI systems, including technologies such as Cloudera, Kafka, and Hadoop.
- Benchmark the architecture against industry best practices and security standards.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance security resilience and threat detection capabilities.
- Recommendation and Guidance:
- Provide expert recommendations and guidance on security enhancements for data and AI systems.
- Advise on the implementation of security controls, encryption mechanisms, and access management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security measures with business objectives.
- Data Security Enhancement:
- Develop strategies to enhance data security, privacy, and integrity across the organization.
- Implement data governance frameworks and policies to mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data encryption, anonymization, and secure data sharing.
- AI Security Integration:
- Assess the security implications of AI models and algorithms deployed within the organization.
- Implement security controls to protect AI systems against adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model manipulation.
- Monitor AI systems for anomalous behavior and potential security breaches.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data security, AI security, or cybersecurity roles, with a focus on securing data and AI infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as Cloudera, Kafka, and Hadoop, as well as AI frameworks and platforms.
- Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices, including encryption, access control, and secure coding.
- Experience with security assessments, architecture reviews, and security tool evaluation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and specialized certifications in data security and AI security are highly desirable.
