About the Job
The IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead oversees the management and operations of IT infrastructure, focusing on compute, storage, backup, network, database, and datacenter services. This role ensures service efficiency, handles enhancements, acts as the first point of escalation for clients, and manages SLAs, risks, and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations for compute, storage, backup, network, and datacenter services.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary escalation contact for clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Service Enhancements: Identify and implement improvements to infrastructure performance and reliability.
• SLA Management: Ensure adherence to service level agreements, monitor performance, and report on compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure.
• Project Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives and cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Incident Response: Coordinate and manage incident response efforts to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary hardware, software, and services efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12+ years of proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure (multiple datacenters), including compute, storage, backup, network, and datacenter operations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills. Proficiency in managing SLAs, risks, and budgets.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
