About the Job
As a Sr. Developer for Compliance Systems at Cognizant, you will leverage your strong functional and technical knowledge in Compliance Systems, specifically with tools such as Fircosoft, SAS AML, and Pelican TBAML. You will be responsible for implementing and integrating Compliance Systems with various banking applications and solutions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Trade-Based Anti-Money Laundering (TBAML) projects.

You will support multiple Compliance Systems, handling incidents and service requests efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be comfortable working in Linux environments, with a solid understanding of shell scripting. Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL databases, coupled with a strong grasp of SQL, is essential. Knowledge of AWS or Azure will be considered an additional asset.

Qualifications

Strong functional and technical knowledge in Compliance Systems (Fircosoft, SAS AML, Pelican TBAML)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in AML/TBAML projects
Experience implementing and integrating Compliance Systems with various banking applications and solutions
Knowledge of AWS/Azure is an advantage
Working experience in Linux environments, with an understanding of shell scripting
Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL databases, with strong SQL knowledge
Functional knowledge of Trade and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concepts
Ability to support multiple Compliance Systems in handling incidents and service requests
Good communication skills
