We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about networking technologies and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The Network Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining network hardware and software.
- Conduct routine maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support the team in implementing network security measures and updates.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to execute network upgrades and projects.
- Document processes, configurations, and incidents for future reference and auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience through internships or academic projects.
