Developer Advocate Lead

We are hiring a Developer Advocate Lead to augment our team. This role will drive our developer relations strategy and execution, actively build and contribute to the AI 71 and Falcon community through various initiatives, and engage in the development and integration of open-source AI ecosystem projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership:

  • Set and own the strategy to increase usage of Ask 71's open-source AI products.
  • Define regional strategies based on developer focus and vertical needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize growth initiatives.
  • Provide insights on best practices and industry trends to developers.

• Ecosystem Partnerships:

  • Build and nurture a robust developer pipeline and champion regional developer needs.
  • Engage with the developer community through conferences and events.
  • Maintain integrations within the AI community for optimal performance.

• Community Engagement:

  • Lead developer relations initiatives and engage the community.
  • Educate developers on our platform through communication channels.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, tutorials, and sample code.
  • Organize community events centered around Ask 71’s AI solutions.

AI71 is an applied research team dedicated to creating helpful and responsible AI agents for knowledge workers. Working closely with industry partners, our cross-functional teams of AI experts build products grounded in cutting-edge research.

Qualifications & Profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for AI with a drive to stay current.
• Fluency in Python.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with Pytorch and transformers architectures.
• Proven experience in AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Ability to manage projects collaboratively and lead them to completion.
• Willingness to travel to conferences or represent AI71 at events.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English is expected.
