Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Define, plan, and execute roadmaps for Generative AI projects, aligning them with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for all teams involved to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
- Technical Facilitation: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Resource Coordination: Optimize resource allocation, synchronize priorities, and manage schedules to ensure efficient execution of project milestones.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, leading mitigation efforts to keep projects on course.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish success metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ethics and Compliance: Champion ethical AI principles, ensuring programs adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly in AI/ML, software development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, although hands-on technical experience is not required.
- Experience managing AI/ML or software products within enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on program management.
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI practices and relevant regulatory frameworks.
