The IDE Support / Config Management Engineer role reports to the Team Lead Infrastructure and the Head of Engineering (Chief Engineer). Based in Riyadh, this position necessitates frequent travel across various locations in Saudi Arabia, with occasional international travel expected.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain certification.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting large, complex programs/projects.
- Proficient in the creation and definition of Installation Manuals, including OEM manuals and Data Sheets.
- Experience in writing Product Breakdown Structure (PBS).
- Strong ability in detailed planning for the preparation of technical documentation.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to navigate the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia.
- Working level of English speaking and writing.
Beneficial Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong engineering background in large integration projects.
- Experience with direct customer interface.
- Valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including installation manuals and user guides.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, accessibility, and that it remains up to date.
- Support the Infrastructure team in the creation of site-type PBS.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to ensure comprehensive documentation of technical details.
- Participate in the Change Request process and document reviews to improve technical documentation.
- Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical writing standards and software development lifecycles.
- Schedule due dates for drawings, specifications, software technical manuals, and related documents.
