Position

As a result of recent sales activity, Airbus Defence and Space SAU has entered into Industrial Participation (IPP) commitments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The jobholder will be the IPP Project Manager based in Riyadh, operating within the Airbus Saudi Limited organization. This role includes a functional reporting line to the Airbus DS International and Partnerships team based in Europe. Close collaboration with the SAAMS IPP Project Manager is crucial, given the interdependencies among various IPP plans related to ongoing contracts and upcoming sales campaigns.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Support day-to-day implementation and management of the IP Plan, focusing on:
    • IC Projects Implementation (IPP Focus): Steering the implementation of IC projects in line with contract fulfillment and developing corrective action plans for any deviations.
    • IC Contract Management (Contracts/ Agreements/ Compliance Focus): Reporting and controlling the IC budget together with the obligation holder, drafting IC contract amendments for review, managing beneficiaries' agreements (MOUs, NDAs, etc.), and liaising with local IC authorities.
    • Management of crediting documentation and reports to customer authorities and negotiating project amendments with customer contracts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education to a degree level in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in managing complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders and industrial partners.
  • Negotiation level in English is required; Spanish is beneficial.
