Position

Akkodis is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the regional Cyber Defense Strategy. The role requires a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, with an emphasis on supporting the organization's best interests. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of information and data security, both offensive and defensive security, and have a strong understanding of information technology, including applications, architectures, networking, and infrastructures.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Regional CSO and Senior Information Security Manager
Defining and updating policy and process frameworks
Managing security tools and maintaining security KPIs and KRIs
Guiding the Security Analysts and ensuring comprehensive monitoring from a security perspective
Leading implementation of complex projects related to Information Security and Cyber Defense
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
Expert knowledge in information and data security
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Management and leadership skills

Desirable Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, or GCIH
Knowledge of cloud platforms and security
Familiarity with local laws and regulations impacting cybersecurity
