We are seeking an IT Engineer for one of our Fulfillment Centers, which manage millions of items from numerous vendors and ship them globally. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of their responsibilities and be adept at managing changes effectively. You will build and operate infrastructure environments, contributing critically to the design of our platforms with operability as a priority. As this role involves constant change, you must excel in an environment of ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user high-availability environment.
  • 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
  • 2+ years of support experience across Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in coding and relevant experience in the field.
