Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Engineer in one of our Fulfillment Centers. Fulfillment Centers handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. The successful candidate will ‘know how things work’ in his/her areas of responsibility and keep changes under control. You will build and operate infrastructure environments and will provide critical input to ensure that the platform is designed with operability in mind. You will make sure that all work around infrastructure moves forward successfully. As no two days are the same in Amazon you will thrive on changes and embrace ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience.
  • 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience.
  • 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
