Senior 3D Artist

The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more. Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required. As a Senior 3D Art Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D art assets and driving the development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D art. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions. Analog is a new AI company focused on edge computing solutions that seamlessly connect people, places and things through the use of smart sensors and mixed reality devices. Responsibilities include creating high-quality 3D art assets, specializing in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines, working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges, collaborating with team members to design and implement solutions, understanding and applying best practices in 3D art and design, and maintaining and improving existing 3D art systems and assets. Qualifications needed are a Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field, 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design, a strong portfolio of 3D art and design work, experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences, proficiency in 3D art and design software, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
