We are looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy Manager of Digital Enterprise Solutions to lead the development and implementation of tailored digital solutions that optimize business processes and enhance enterprise performance. The Manager of Digital Enterprise Solutions will play a key role in driving digital transformation strategies for various enterprise clients. Working closely with the Director of Enterprise Digital Solutions, you will oversee the design, execution, and scaling of enterprise-focused digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business agility. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and collaboration to deliver impactful results for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of digital enterprise solutions that streamline business processes, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of high-quality results.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, data analytics) and external partners (e.g., enterprise clients, technology vendors) to ensure the seamless execution of digital enterprise solutions.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as cloud platforms, AI, machine learning, and ERP systems to enhance business processes and improve operational outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Partner with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and design custom digital solutions that address their specific needs and drive competitive advantage.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze and interpret enterprise data to provide actionable insights that help businesses optimize operations, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Work with technology vendors and partners to ensure the timely deployment, integration, and scaling of digital solutions.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to the Director of Enterprise Digital Solutions on project status, milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that drives the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital enterprise solutions, digital transformation, or related sectors, with a strong emphasis on automation, ERP, and data analytics. Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as ERP systems, cloud platforms, AI, and data analytics tools used to drive business performance.
