The Manager of Industrial Digital Solutions will play a key role in executing digital strategies aimed at transforming industrial operations. Working closely with the Director of Digital Solutions, you will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions tailored to industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and energy. This role requires deep technical understanding, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Execution: Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions across industrial sectors, focusing on process optimization, automation, and IoT integration.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, data analytics) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms to streamline industrial processes.
- Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their operational challenges and provide custom solutions that address their specific needs.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze and interpret operational data to provide insights that drive efficiency and productivity improvements for industrial clients.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to ensure the timely deployment and scaling of digital solutions.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to the Director of Digital Solutions on project progress, key milestones, and risks.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in industrial digital solutions, automation, or related sectors, with a strong focus on digital transformation. Hands-on experience with industrial IoT (IIoT), data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Knowledge of industrial protocols, technologies (e.g., SCADA, PLC, ERP), and emerging trends.
