About the Job
Avrioc Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Resources Planning Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and training users on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will validate technical designs and functional solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and practices.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll engage in solution development by designing, developing, and deploying custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and Azure AI studios. You will also contribute to the architectural design of solutions, ensuring compliance with Microsoft standards and present findings to relevant forums for approval.
You will be heavily involved in integration efforts, working with data sources and systems, including SharePoint and SQL Server, and handling APIs to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will provide production rollout and support, troubleshooting issues and addressing user queries to maintain optimal system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant.
- Proven track record in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review proposed ERP Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, processes, and customizations.
- Participate in the implementation of devised processes and validate their effectiveness.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and related validation processes.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities during implementation.
- Provide ongoing operational support to business users for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize users with system functionalities and ensure effective adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with other systems.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
