Solution Engineer, Partner Enablement - UAE

As a Solution Engineer/Senior Pre-sales Consultant for the UAE, you will play a crucial role in driving Bitpanda's growth in the region by serving as a technical expert and strategic advisor to prospective clients.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions:

• Full-time
• Hybrid (minimum of 2 days in the local Hub)
• 60 Work From Anywhere days annually

Your Mission:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations in both Arabic and English.
• Architect customized solutions that align with Bitpanda’s technology and meet client specifications.
• Lead technical contributions to RFP/RFI responses and other sales documentation.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Bitpanda's platform and digital asset ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients, coordinating effectively across internal teams.

Who You Are:

• At least 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or a related role within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset management.
• Proven analytical skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and abroad for client meetings and industry events.
