**About the Job**

This role plays a pivotal role in driving BCG U's success across various clients in the ME region. It will operate across functions, geographies, and parts of the business to ensure we are able to help our clients build strong capabilities through the use of our learning solutions. You will serve as a strategic and supportive partner for our clients, ensuring the maintenance of a long-term partnership as programs are deployed and learning and business outcomes are realized.

You will work closely with the Client Success Senior Manager to manage end-to-end program delivery, encompassing alignment with the client on program schedules, onboarding learners, sharing dashboards and analytics reports, collecting feedback, driving completions, and ensuring program success in collaboration with the client. This includes feeding back market insights and collaborating with multiple teams inside and outside BCG U, such as the content team, facilitators, and technical platform team, to ensure the successful delivery of each program and to meet client expectations.

The role requires close monitoring of each program for resource planning, proactive identification of issues, and making necessary course corrections in collaboration with the team. You will also act as the primary point of contact for addressing learners' queries and providing timely support in collaboration with the client’s Learning and Development teams. A core responsibility includes collating, analyzing, and disseminating information about each program to the larger BCG U team and leadership, bringing out key insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement of programs.

Additionally, you will measure the impact of our programs, which is a key differentiator for BCG U’s offerings in the market. You will help manage our intellectual property/assets and liaise with our technology team to enable a seamless client experience while managing contractual agreements for learners’ access to our platforms. The Client Success Manager must build strong relationships with clients, learners, and effectively communicate with internal teams to drive overall program success and achieve desired outcomes.

**You're Good At**

- Project Management for Training Design and Delivery: Planning, tracking, and reporting on progress; highlighting key risks/delays and proposing mitigations; managing multiple senior stakeholders.
- Managing external training vendors: Identifying and contracting suitable vendors; managing vendor performance and relationships for long-term success.
- Managing program design: Coordinating with instructional designers and consulting teams to understand client requirements and project manage the design of training content.
- Managing program delivery: Overseeing logistics, participant engagement, and communication during training.
- Tracking and reporting impact: Developing tools to measure satisfaction and impact, analyzing results, and generating reports.
- Client Management: Acting as the Single Point of Contact for the client on all training-related queries during the delivery phase.
- Preparing reports: Developing and presenting implementation reports that include key metrics, impacts, and learnings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with senior audiences.

**You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a relevant business field.
- Program management experience.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Word, Slack; familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
- Prior consulting experience in a global setting preferred.
- Experience or exposure to digital learning and EdTech is advantageous.
