Introduction
Developing E Learning modules. Designing e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.Collaborating with SMEs to gather course content and ensure accuracy.
About this role
- Design content to optimize learning.
- Generate the layout of the learning supports.
- Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.
- Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.
- Create in-depth technical training videos/materials for machine learning courses, incorporating real-world scenarios to illustrate complex concepts.
- Developing comprehensive lesson plans, coding exercises, assignments, quizzes, and project-based learning activities that mimic real-life challenges.
- Real-World Application: Design each training module to not only explain theoretical concepts but also demonstrate their application in real-world settings.
- Creating case studies, examples, and projects that are relevant to current industry problems and trends.
- Create eLearning prototypes.
- Creatively conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex constructs and concepts.
- Provide accurate reporting to management regarding training development progress.
- Provide constructive peer quality assurance reviews of CBT modules.
- Develop CBT scripts and program completed CBT modules in the timeline allotted.
- Collaborate with team to create CBT modules for delivery via LMS.
What you need to bring
- Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and several years of related experience as stated above.
- Five or more years developing CBT modules.
- 3+ years creating graphics and animation to support eLearning content.
- 3+ years using of multiple coding languages (HTML / DHTML / Action script / JavaScript).
- 5+ years working with eLearning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.
- Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio.
- Well-versed in standard Adobe Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks).
- Experience in CBT development tools (such as Articulate) and is able to build interactions, pop-ups, integrate simulations into learning programs.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written, and interpersonal.
- Able to function in a team environment where open communication is a requirement.
- Able to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines.
- Apply the fundamentals of critical instructional design to create clear and effective training material geared toward partner enablement.
- Must be able to work independently to perform the scope and objectives to support the stated programs.
- Must have familiarity with working in a team-based setting.
