Position

  • Overview:
    • A Ninja is part of the Builder.ai Delivery team, responsible for making the customer's dream and vision a software reality.
    • The Technical Project Management team is responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer-facing mobile and web applications.
    • Hands-on position involving release planning, functional and technical design, testing, working with key strategic partners, remote capacity, and more.
  • Description:
    • The Technical Project Manager will be involved in assembling project plans, giving teamwork assignments, identifying resource needs, and escalating any issues appropriately.
    • Day-to-day management of projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to Builder delivery processes for consistent high-quality results.
    • Recognizing and mitigating risk in the agreed delivery to the customer, managing and communicating any concerns to minimize impact.
    • Identifying delivery process improvements and sharing with team members and leadership to drive continuous improvement across the Delivery Organization.
  • Requirements:
    • Abilities:
      • Strong facilitation skills for leading and participating in requirements sessions, scrum meetings, progress and status meetings.
      • Strong technical proficiency in mobile applications, web applications, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support requirements.
      • Ability to develop project/product plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
      • Cool, calm, collected, and collaborative, able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
      • Ability to shift between the "big picture" and crucial details, identifying issues, generating solutions, and choosing appropriate alternatives.
      • Learning and adopting new tools quickly.
    • Skills:
      • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.
      • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
      • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
      • Capable of recognizing problems and potential problems, taking on challenges, and making things possible.
