About the Job
We are seeking a Manager - Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Operations to lead the Cyber Security initiatives at Bupa Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring the effective governance, risk management, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Cyber Security Governance:

    • Develop and document quality governance processes for cybersecurity initiatives, including Business as Usual (BAU) operations, policies/standards, and contracts.
    • Ensure processes align with clear objectives and have defined oversight/review frequencies.
    • Implement a continuous improvement cycle for existing processes.
  2. Cyber Security Risk Management:

    • Design and implement a Cyber Security risk management process.
    • Analyze current risks and identify potential threats to the organization.
    • Evaluate the current risk management strategies against criteria such as costs and legal requirements.
    • Educate management about significant risks affecting their departments, ensuring accountability at all levels.
  3. Compliance Management:

    • Manage legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Conduct periodic assessments of the efficiency of Cyber Security control systems; recommend improvements.
    • Evaluate Cyber Security procedures for potential risks or common issues.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Cyber Security policies and implement programs for periodic reviews of procedures and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in local regulations such as SAMA and NCA frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and executing complex Cyber Security programs.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat vectors, and incident management.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and applications to address security threats.
  • Competence in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and effectively engage with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
