As a Blockchain Software Developer focusing on Fiat systems at Bybit, you will be involved in system design and development across a range of fiat systems. This role requires extensive coding expertise, particularly in Java, Go, and the Spring framework. You should possess hands-on experience with at least one of the following database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis, with knowledge of Kafka considered advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of AML/risk control backend systems to ensure system security and high availability.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, support business development, and facilitate service deployments.
- Continuously optimize system architecture and address technical challenges.
- Understand product workflows and leverage technology to drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Go and Java, with strong programming skills, excellent system design capabilities, and adherence to good coding practices.
- Familiarity with database technologies, network and caching technologies, and mainstream microservice frameworks.
- Strong sense of responsibility for software products, complemented by good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hive, Spark-SQL) is preferred.
- Familiarity with AML, risk control, and data systems is a plus.
