This role is crucial in planning, constructing, and maintaining these internal systems to ensure their effectiveness and security.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of corporate workplace service IT products, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Design, R&D) to evaluate technical solutions, drive consensus, and oversee the execution of services;
- Gather user requirements, analyze feedback and usage data, and maintain comprehensive product and user documentation;
- Proactively understand user needs, advocate for feature improvements, optimize operational strategies, and enhance operational efficiency;
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction;
- Innovate in corporate product operation methodologies, applying new approaches through the development of tools on general platforms;
- Address ad-hoc issues promptly by coordinating with relevant internal and external parties;
- Assist the team in implementing structured workflows, establishing guidelines, and promoting efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in internet product operations or product management;
- Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities;
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities;
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines;
- Practical skills in scripting and automation (Excel, Python, SQL) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
