Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of engineers, from graduate to senior levels. - Work remotely within a defined time zone. - Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback. - Ensure disciplined engineering processes are followed. - Represent the team and its products to stakeholders and partners. - Evangelize best engineering practices. - Plan and manage progress towards agreed goals and projects.
Key Requirements: - Exceptional academic track record in Computer Science or a STEM-related field. - Proven ability to inspire and develop team members. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Solid experience in an agile development environment. - Ability to travel for company events twice a year for up to two weeks.
