About the Job:

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer at any seniority level who is committed to engineering excellence, continuous personal development, and applying innovation in their work. The role involves working within the Commercial Systems unit, which collaborates closely with other engineering and business teams. The focus will be on the Integrations team, responsible for automating SaaS user management and onboarding new data sources to our data mesh.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with colleagues on technical designs and code reviews.
- Deploy and operate team-developed services.
- Depending on seniority, coach and mentor team members.
- Advocate for engineering best practices and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or a strong alternative narrative.
- Proven software development experience in Python.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events lasting up to two weeks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in performance engineering and security.
- Familiarity with tools such as Airbyte, Ranger, Temporal, or Trino.
Work Conditions:
- This is a full-time remote role within the EMEA region.
- The position includes a personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, and various leave options (maternity/paternity).
