We are hiring a Salesforce Engineer who is dedicated to high engineering quality and process efficiency, continuously seeking improvements and skill development. The role involves working closely with several business systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce, to enhance Canonical's business operations.
As part of the Commercial Systems unit, the Business Systems team collaborates with engineering and business teams to manage systems compliance and implement business processes effectively. Engineers in this position will have the opportunity to contribute positively to organizational practices while learning Canonical's business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Offer mentorship and career development feedback depending on seniority.
- Promote outstanding engineering practices and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or compelling alternative path.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented mindset and personal drive to meet commitments.
- Availability for international travel twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
