  • A proven track record of exceeding expectations.

  • Deep experience with at least one of Go, Rust, Python, or C.
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • An ability to travel twice a year for company events, lasting up to two weeks each.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with container technologies such as LXD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of highly concurrent, distributed systems and performance engineering.
  • Familiarity with software security, build systems, public clouds or OpenStack, Debian/Ubuntu packaging, systems programming, and scalable web services.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation worldwide, with annual reviews.
  • Performance-driven annual bonus or commission.
  • Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
  • Annual holiday leave, maternity and paternity leave, and wellness programs.
  • Opportunities for domestic and international travel to meet colleagues.

Language Requirements:
