About the Job: Canonical's mission is to build a next-generation private cloud infrastructure using KVM, Ceph, and SDN technologies to create a robust cloud solution for edge and core enterprise deployments. We are seeking an experienced engineering manager skilled in high-quality microservice architectures and high-performance team leadership with a strong understanding of Linux kernel, virtualization, storage, and networking. As an engineering manager at Canonical, you'll require a solid technical background while focusing on running an effective team and fostering the growth of your colleagues. You will help them develop into outstanding engineers, find professional satisfaction, and collaborate well within the team and the community. Your role will involve leading, developing, and challenging engineers, positively influencing company culture, facilitating technical delivery, and collaborating on strategy and execution.
