  • Advocate for modern software development practices.
  • Engage actively in code and architectural reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, the open-source community, and partners.
  • Travel for internal and external events up to 4 to 6 weeks per year.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of modern Linux cloud computing technologies, including networking, storage, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience in developing and mentoring people.
  • Commitment to delivering timely, high-quality software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a technical context.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and/or Go.

Work Conditions:

  • Remote position available in EMEA and the Americas.
  • Annual compensation review and performance-based bonuses.
  • Professional learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
  • Distributed work environment with team sprints twice a year.
  • Generous leave policies including maternity and paternity leave.
  • Additional benefits such as Employee Assistance Programme and travel upgrades for company events.
