Launchpad is a robust platform for managing open-source development projects, including code hosting and review, bug tracking, package building, and translations. It provides essential development infrastructure for major projects such as Ubuntu.
As an engineering manager, your primary responsibility is the growth and support of your team. You will ensure they are developing as engineers, doing valuable work, and having a great time at Canonical. We seek technical leadership with a solid background in software development to challenge and grow team members. You will influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, and collaborate with your team on strategy and execution.

Work Conditions:
