Position

As an Enterprise Architect at Capgemini Engineering, you will drive business transformation through technology, seamlessly aligning business and IT strategies into scalable and sustainable architecture solutions. This role encompasses collaboration with senior stakeholders and ownership of the architectural vision across various domains, including business, information, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and own end-to-end enterprise architecture across business capabilities ensuring alignment with strategic goals and transformation programs.
  • Define and structure architectural services, both digital and non-digital, based on objectives, constraints, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, contributing to business strategy, innovation, and roadmap development.
  • Develop architecture principles, patterns, and guidelines to promote reusability, integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Establish and operate Design Authorities governing architectural decisions.
  • Lead transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, ERP modernization, and the enablement of digital operating models.
  • Collaborate with delivery, business, IT domains, and solution architects to guide design and implementation within enterprise constraints.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to drive architectural innovation.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in IT and operational technology systems, API and data integration methods, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, and enterprise architecture tools.
  • Industry expertise in metal manufacturing or mining sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the IT/OT convergence concept and frameworks like ISA-95 or RAMI 4.0.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and microservices-based architecture principles.
  • Experience in business and information modeling, capability mapping, and service-based design.

Architecture Frameworks:

  • Strong experience and certifications in architecture frameworks, including at least one of the following: TOGAF or Capgemini's Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF).
  • Proven ability to apply these frameworks in complex engagements and transformations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TOGAF or IAF Certified or at an Expert level within Capgemini architecture certifications.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance perspectives in architectural design.
  • Understanding of architecture within the context of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile at scale.
