Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and own end-to-end enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with strategic goals and transformation programs.
- Define and structure architectural services based on objectives, constraints, and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on business strategy, innovation, and roadmap development.
- Develop architecture principles and guidelines to ensure reusability, integrity, security, and scalability.
- Lead or support transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and digital operating model enablement.
- Collaborate with solution architects to guide design and implementation within enterprise constraints.
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to drive architectural innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience and certifications in architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Capgemini's Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF).
- Understanding of IT and OT systems, data integration methods, and enterprise architecture tools.
- Expertise in sectors like metal manufacturing or mining, with knowledge of IT/OT convergence and related frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TOGAF or IAF certification.
- Knowledge of security and compliance perspectives in architectural design.
- Understanding of architecture in the context of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
