About the Role

The successful candidate must be willing to travel to Cayman from time to time. Web3 Technical Administrators at Cartan Group are generalists responsible for supporting clients through various public forums, support inboxes, and moderating project proposals and grant processes. The role requires a strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure, tools, and trends, as well as practical knowledge of effective strategies.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive online community environment
• Assist with managing and moderating communication platforms
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and guidelines
• Gather and review community proposals
• Support with grant administration and tracking
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay updated on Web3 trends and developments

About You

• Understanding of development languages such as Move, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of Web3 libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ownership mentality and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and processes
• Enthusiasm for writing documentation and creating presentations
