Position

As a Customer Project Manager at Cisco, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of telecommunication programs, ensuring alignment with customer goals and business objectives. You will be the primary customer experience point-of-contact, taking end-to-end ownership for a project or program.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and technical partners to understand and support their needs and challenges.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer's advocate within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met for a superior customer experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle financial aspects such as program budgets, services revenue, and margins, making strategic financial decisions to ensure program profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Telecommunication Program Plans in collaboration with internal teams, aligned with customer goals to increase technology investments.

Who You'll Work With:

  • Customers: Engage with customer implementation, design, and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of Cisco programs.
  • Internal Teams: Collaborate with various internal teams including technical, delivery, sales, and the Solution Development Architect team to support program objectives.

  • Financially Savvy: Experienced in handling financial aspects and making strategic investment decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cisco’s telecommunication technologies and the industry landscape.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Service Provider (SP) technology.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience with a solid grasp of the telecommunication and service provider industry.
  • Experience in developing positive relationships with executive-level customers.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in handling revenue concepts, margins, and forecasts.
