Automation Test Lead

About the Job
Cognizant is seeking an Automation Test Lead with extensive experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of strong expertise in UI and API automation using Java Selenium and RestAssured, as well as 4 to 6 years of experience in mobile automation solutions utilizing Appium. The role requires a solid understanding of service virtualization requirements and the ability to deploy effective solutions.

You will be responsible for defining the automation strategy, creating and maintaining the automation framework in line with program expectations, and guiding teams to ensure automation deliverables are on time and of the highest quality. Additionally, you will need to identify automation opportunities within the program and develop a transformation plan accordingly.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of strong expertise in UI and API automation (Java Selenium, RestAssured)
• 4 to 6 years of experience in mobile automation (Appium)
• Experience in test planning, test automation, and quality assurance
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management
