We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas: OC HCM Approval Workflow, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys, and Oracle Cloud HCM Security. Additionally, the candidate should possess domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM. This role requires working from the office during day shifts, with occasional travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of OC HCM Approval Workflow to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Oversee the configuration and management of OC HCM Fun-Core HR to support the company's HR operations.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys to enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes.
- Ensure robust Oracle Cloud HCM Security measures are in place to protect sensitive HR data.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to integrate HR systems with financial processes.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Devices/SPM to support relevant HR functions and initiatives.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff to maximize the use of HCM systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with overall business objectives.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of HCM solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HCM technology to recommend and implement best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in OC HCM Approval Workflow, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys, and Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
- Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM.
- Excellent project management skills for overseeing HCM implementations and optimizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and improve system performance.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
