You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application development, to build solutions that support our security architecture and compliance goals.

Responsibilities

  • IAM Tools Administration: Perform IAM tools administration and maintain availability, enhancements, development, and operations.
  • Integration: Integrate IAM systems with internal applications (on-premises and cloud-based) and third-party services using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  • User Federation: Configure and manage user federation and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities with identity providers, such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Access Management: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access control (PBAC) models to meet organizational requirements.
  • Privilege Management: Implement and manage privileged access management (PAM) solutions to ensure secure management of administrative access.
  • Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and support audit and compliance initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve IAM-related issues across systems and applications, providing expert troubleshooting support for authentication, authorization, and user access issues.
  • Security: Work closely with the cybersecurity team to enhance security posture, implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and improving access policies.
  • Automation: Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IAM processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning using tools such as Java, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM solutions, configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Access Control and Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage attribute-based access control (ABAC) and oversee user access across all systems. Conduct regular access reviews and audits.
  • Security and Risk Management: Enable monitoring for IAM risks and vulnerabilities and assist in investigations for IAM-related security issues.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, HR, legal, and other departments to integrate IAM processes seamlessly and communicate IAM policies to stakeholders.
  • Technology and Innovation: Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and lead IAM-related projects to ensure alignment with business needs.
