About the Job
The CFC Program Manager is a critical role requiring extensive experience in cybersecurity programs, strategy, performance, revenue, and portfolio management. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of cybersecurity programs, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that protect the organization’s information assets. The CFC Program Manager will manage multiple cybersecurity projects, oversee revenue management, handle CFC Client contracts, vendor management, budget and procurement management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with security standards in alignment with business strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong documentation and analytical skills, as well as people management abilities.
Responsibilities
Leadership:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CFC and cyber-programs, projects, and product development activities under a unified program management tracker.
- Ensure alignment of cyber initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program goals, manage revenue, and deliverables.
- Regularly communicate program status, risks, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Budgets and Plans:
- Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the budget for cybersecurity programs, allocating resources effectively.
Strategy/Tactical:
- Participate in short- and long-range growth strategies, preparing execution plans to meet targets.
- Define and monitor performance in alignment with strategic and tactical goals.
People Development:
- Coach team members and peers to enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy.
Continuous Improvement:
- Motivate the team and identify opportunities for involvement in change initiatives reflecting best practices.
Revenue Management:
- Monitor and evaluate revenue to prevent any leakage.
- Align with finance on revenue forecasts and identify improvement areas.
Vendor Management:
- Execute the vendor management framework and review vendor performance to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a program or project management role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects; experience in GRC is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA or PMP are desirable.
