We are looking for a SAP Program Manager for our Riyadh, KSA office.
Key Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 14+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation, with experience as Program delivery lead in a minimum of 6 projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Broad SAP application skills.
- Good Public Sector knowledge.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a central Program Management Office.
- Oversee the deployment of SAP Global Template solutions across various entities.
- Ensure successful delivery of programs and project goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Manage vendor performance and onboarding processes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on program activities and project status.
- Lead a team of project managers supervising rollouts across multiple entities.
- Establish robust project management governance and quality assurance protocols.
- Ensure that all rollout projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mitigate or resolve risks and issues effectively, reporting to business stakeholders as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in program and project management standards.
- Good understanding of processes related to business requirement collection, product roadmap requirements, and product delivery.
- Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena.
