Position

The Associate Director will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) clients, focusing on strategy development, solution design, implementation, and optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and business leaders, to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on emerging technologies and best practices in the ENR sector.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services.
  • Driving business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and leading client presentations.
  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings and methodologies for the ENR sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in technology consulting, particularly in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
  • Proven success in leading technology consulting engagements and delivering business value.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape and regulatory requirements in the ENR sector.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the capability to develop technology strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a dynamic, collaborative consulting environment.
