Position

Core42 needs a strategic, highly innovative, and results-driven Director - Marketing Operations skilled in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis to ensure that marketing campaigns are effectively implemented and aligned with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing technology tech strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing technology initiatives, processes and workflows.
  • Define and implement processes for lead management, lead scoring, and lead nurturing and integration into sales to optimize conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of budgets, staffing, and other resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the reporting, managing systems, and programme management of key projects, and drive better efficiencies within our marketing organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization throughout the marketing function including the Procurement processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on B2B technology marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • A background in Agile marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing technology solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
